1776’s Challenge Cup, produced in partnership with Revolution, brings together startups from around the world poised to solve complex challenges in regulated industries and emerging technologies. Over the past four years the program has gone to over 60 cities across six continents; 4,000 startup applicants; and 1,800 pitches globally while deploying over $1 million in capital. Over the next four months, Challenge Cup will take place in 75 global cities, including cities drawn from Revolution’s Rise of the Rest program as well as over 20 US state capitals.
