Washington, D.C. – Today, 1776 announced that cofounder Donna Harris is stepping away from her role as co-CEO in order to pursue additional opportunities. She will remain active in the company as a member of the board and partner in the fund.
We’re incredibly excited for Harris’s next adventure and proud of the work we have achieved under her joint leadership with Evan Burfield as 1776 cofounders and co-CEOs over the past three years. Burfield remains at the helm of 1776 as CEO and will guide the organization into its fourth year with growth around the globe.
