About the Speaker
Alison launched her business Proffit Coach (yes, Proffit really is her last name!), and now combines years of practical business acumen from HR days along with her sales, marketing and coaching chops to help purpose driven small businesses learn how to approach the revenue generating aspects of their business in ways that are sustainable, fun and soul-aligned. In addition to running Proffit Coach, Alison has also successfully organized and facilitated 3 virtual summits and successfully launched a chapter of a women’s professional development organization called WEBO Network.
