Challenge Festival: Global Finals


The Challenge Festival is presented by 1776 & Philips

Come to hear pitches from the finalist startups in all categories: Education, Energy & Sustainability, Health, and Transportation & Cities. You’ll listen to the most compelling businesses that we heard during our 16 city global tour. You won’t want to miss this!

Saturday Global Finals & Closing Party (5 p.m. @ Shakespeare Theatre’s Harman Hall) features:

  • The ultimate competition to decide who will take home the Challenge Cup title and win $150,000 in investment! After almost 8 months of traveling the world, 9 startups have made it to the final round!
  • The chance to cast YOUR vote in the Audience Favorite Lightning Round – all 80 startups from around the world will give their “1 minute” pitch. The winning startup gets a $10,000 cash prize!
  • Followed by the Closing Party, which includes a cocktail lounge, beer & wine, snacks, and music!

Remember: Doors open 30 minutes before programming starts. Come early, grab your seat and enjoy some refreshments on us.
